1. Agreement
In these Terms, the "App" means LittleZzz on iPhone and Android and the LittleZzz website at littlezzzbaby.com. By downloading, signing in to or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are between you and NDC Holding LLC, not Apple or Google.
2. Who can use the App
You must be 18 or older and legally able to agree to these Terms.
You may only add a child if you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or you have permission from them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record, and for anyone you invite to share your child's information.
3. What the App does
The App helps you record and review your baby's care. That includes:
feeding, sleep, diapers and growth
medicine reminders that you set
the mother's breastfeeding and pumping
an AI parent chat
a library of Islamic duas and surahs
Features depend on your plan and may change over time.
Features marked "coming soon" are not yet available.
4. Important health and safety notice
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always follow your doctor: follow the advice of your doctor, midwife, pharmacist or other qualified health professional. Never ignore or delay professional advice because of something in the App.
In an emergency: call your local emergency number (for example 911 in the USA, 999 in the UK and Bangladesh) or go to the nearest hospital.
No medicine advice: the App never recommends a medicine or a dose. Medicine reminders only repeat what you entered from a prescription or label. You are responsible for checking that what you enter is correct.
Reminders may not arrive: they can fail or be late, for example if notifications are turned off, the phone is off or in Focus mode, or the battery is low. Do not rely on the App as the only way to remember a medicine.
Predictions are estimates: nap predictions, insights, charts and the AI chat are general estimates based on what you logged and typical ranges. They may be wrong and are not a substitute for a professional assessment.
Voice logging can mishear: check that entries were saved correctly, especially medicines and temperatures.
Safe sleep: any sleep tips are general. Follow your doctor's and your health authority's safe sleep guidance.
5. Islamic content
The duas and surahs library is provided for spiritual comfort and learning. Sources are shown with each item, and the library is reviewed by a qualified scholar.
Reciting duas is not a replacement for medical care. Please seek medical help whenever your child is unwell.
For religious rulings, consult a scholar you trust.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Plans: the App offers a free plan and paid plans, billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the App and in the App Store or Google Play before you buy, in your local currency. Prices can differ by country.
Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and length unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
How to cancel:
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Free trials: if offered, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the end unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly. Nothing in these Terms limits your consumer rights under local law.
Price changes: we will tell you in advance, and Apple or Google will ask for your consent where required.
Family sharing of a subscription: where Apple or Google Family Sharing is enabled, it follows their rules.
7. Your content
You own the information, notes and photos you add ("Your Content").
You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only to provide the App to you and the people you share with.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share. That includes photos of other people's children without their parent's permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to harm or exploit any child;
copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the App, except where the law allows;
try to access other people's data, or break or overload our systems;
misuse the AI chat, for example to create harmful content.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules. Where possible, we will warn you first and let you export your data.
9. Our App and content
The App, its design, text and software belong to NDC Holding LLC or its licensors.
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, under these Terms and the App Store or Google Play rules.
Quran verses and hadith are shared with their sources; translations and recitations are used with permission where required.
10. Voice assistants and third-party services
Siri, Google Assistant, Gemini, Sign in with Apple / Google, and the App Store and Google Play are provided by Apple and Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for how those services work, or for their availability.
11. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the App running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will tell you in advance.
Keep your own records: please export your data from time to time and keep important medical records with your doctor.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
Some countries do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, NDC Holding LLC will not be liable for:
indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages;
loss of data;
any decision you make, or fail to make, based on the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of:
the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim; or
US$50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Indemnity
If you break these Terms or the law while using the App, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent allowed by law.
15. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may end these Terms if you seriously break them, or if we stop offering the App. If we stop offering the App, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Sections 4, 7, 9 and 12 to 17 continue after the Terms end.
16. Law and disputes
Talk to us first: please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly.
Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Where disputes are heard: disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York, except that either side may bring a claim in small claims court.
Outside the USA: if you live outside the USA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.
17. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
These Terms are between you and NDC Holding LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Refunds if the App fails: if the App fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
Claims about the App: we, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the App. That includes product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and privacy claims, and intellectual property claims.
Your confirmations: you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple's rights: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
18. General
Changes to these Terms: if we make important changes, we will tell you in the App before they apply. If you keep using the App after that, you accept the new Terms.
If part is invalid: if any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in effect.
Translations: these Terms may be translated. If there is a conflict, the English version applies, unless your local law requires otherwise.
